我认为,不同区域的房价问题应该区别对待。我看到一些报道,就是政策出来后,几天之内,上海很多房屋买卖的叫价都有很大影响向。这里要注意的是,事情后面不仅仅是房价跌多少的问题,还牵涉到一个虚拟财富蒸发的副作用。过去几年上海人因为房价泡沫上升,虚拟财富推动消费效应,大家吃好的穿好的,现在经济上会受到压力。房价两个星期跌下来,就是财富缩水效应,产生伤害。
In my opinion, housing prices in different regions should be treated differently. I saw some reports that after the policy came out, within a few days, the asking price of many houses in Shanghai had a great impact. The point to note here is not only the issue of how much the house price has fallen, but also the side effects of the evaporation of virtual wealth. Over the past few years, Shanghai people have been pressured economically because of rising housing prices and the virtual wealth driving consumer spending. Falling house prices for two weeks is a contraction of wealth and injury.
