1982至1986年,在上海与广东两地精养鱼池中,对来源于不同繁殖群体的鳙,即长江水系天然繁殖的鳙和人工繁殖的鳙,珠江水系天然繁殖的鳙和人工繁殖的鳙,用随机区组试验法观察比较了2龄和3龄阶段的生长速度。结果一致表明:在同一环境里,天然繁殖鳙比人工繁殖鳙长得快,长江天然繁殖鳙比珠江天然繁殖鳙长得快,长江人工繁殖鳙比珠江人工繁殖鳙长得快,差距约5%左右。方差组分和遗传相关分析进一步揭示,遗传因子在不同繁殖群体鳙的生长差异上起有重要作用。
From 1982 to 1986, in the intensive fish ponds in Shanghai and Guangdong, the natural populations of 来 derived from different breeding populations, namely, the natural breeding of 长 Yangtze River water system and artificial breeding 鳙, the natural reproduction of 珠 Pearl River water system 人 and artificial breeding 鳙, Randomized block test was used to observe the growth rate in the 2nd and 3rd instar stages. The results consistently show that: in the same environment, the natural reproductive 鳙 grow faster than the artificial reproductive,, the natural propagation of the Yangtze River than the Pearl River natural reproductive 鳙 grow faster, the artificial propagation of the Yangtze River Artificial reproductive 珠 Pearl River grew faster, the difference of about 5% about. Variance components and genetic correlation analysis further revealed that genetic factors play an important role in the differences in growth of different breeding populations.
