同志们: 今天,隆重召开全省科技奖励大会,表彰2000、2001年度为我省经济建设和社会发展作出突出贡献的科技人员。这是我省科技奖励制度作出重大改革后召开的首次大会,它充分表达了省委、省政府要进一步全面实施科教兴赣战略,大力推进科技创新的坚强决心和坚定信。
Comrades: Today, a grand conference of provincial science and technology awards was grandly held to honor the scientific and technological personnel who made outstanding contributions to the economic construction and social development of Shaanxi in 2000 and 2001. This is the first conference held after the major reform of science and technology award system in our province. It fully expresses the strong determination and conviction that the provincial party committee and government should further implement the strategy of rejuvenating science and education and vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation.
