聚苯乙烯-N,N-二氨基丙胺马来酰亚胺-N-氧化物(简称“津五”)对实验性矽肺的治疗效果优于聚乙烯吡啶-N-氧化物(简称“克矽平”)。“津五”的单体分子比“克矽平”大得多。为了确定用同位素示踪研究判定其能否用于临床我们设计下述途径合成了~(14)C标记的“津五”:
