目的:采用HPLC法测定神农香菊中木犀草素的含量。方法:采用Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.8%磷酸溶液(45∶15∶40)作为流动相,流速为0.5mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为350nm。结果:木犀草素在0.0105~0.21mg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.24%,RSD为1.85%。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于神农香菊中木犀草素的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the luteolin content in Shennong Xiangju by HPLC. METHODS: Kromasil-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.8% phosphoric acid solution (45:15:40). The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30°C. The detection wavelength is 350 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between luteolin in the range of 0.0105-0.21 mg·mL-1. The average recovery rate of luteolin was 99.24% and the RSD was 1.85%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of luteolin in Shennong.
