136例中老年糖尿病患者社会支持现状及影响因素分析

国内外研究〔1～3〕显示,糖尿病患者社会支持较低,而对糖尿病患者提供的社会支持在防治糖尿病中起到举足轻重的作用〔4〕。通过调查湛江地区糖尿病患者的社会支持状况,为这一人群的健康教育干预和改善社会支持提供依据。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2011年7～8月选择湛江市五所医院住院的150名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,问卷150份,有效调查问卷136份,回收率90.67%,其中男53例(38.98%),女83例(61.03%);
