医院消毒供应中心是医疗机构内承担各科室所有重复使用诊疗器械、器具和物品清洗消毒、灭菌以及无菌物品供应的部门〔1〕。在医院感染控制工作中,消毒供应部门有着举足轻重的地位,2009年卫生部《消毒供应中心》强制性标准的正式实施,预示着对医疗机构消毒供应部门的要求进一步提高,2010年6月至2011年6月,对上海市某区社区卫生服务中心消毒供应室的管理现状进行了调查。
Hospital disinfection supply center is responsible for all departments within the medical institutions to re-use of medical equipment, appliances and articles cleaning disinfection, sterilization and sterile supplies sector [1]. In the hospital infection control work, disinfection and supply departments have a pivotal position. In 2009, the formal implementation of the mandatory standard of “disinfection and supply center” by the Ministry of Health indicates that the requirements for disinfection and supply departments in medical institutions will further increase. From June 2010 to 2011 In June of the same year, a survey was conducted on the management status of the disinfection supply room in a community health service center in Shanghai.
