在目前情况下,我们必须要关注并动员全社会各个层面的力量来积极地参与社会公共管理的工作中。在社会层面中,社会团体占有重要的地位,是一支必须要予以重视的社会力量。但是,目前针对于我国的社会团体,要想合理地参与到社会公共管理中还存在较大的困难,除了建立一定的社会团体必须要经历层层的审查,即建立过程受到限制外,还有一个阻碍便是社会团体的运行机制尚未完善。本文主要分析了当前形势下的社会团体组织职能定位,介绍了当前社会团体参与社会公共管理的困难,同时提出了会团体参与社会公共管理的发展方向以及相关的一些措施。以期为社会团体组织积极地参与社会管理创新的实践过程奠定一定的基础,从而为我国的公共管理过程提供关键的启示以及参考。
In the present circumstances, we must pay attention to and mobilize the power of all levels of the society to actively participate in the work of public administration of the society. At the social level, social organizations occupy an important position and are a social force that must be valued. However, at present, social organizations targeting at China still face great difficulties in their reasonable participation in public administration of the society. In addition to establishing certain social organizations, they must go through various layers of censorship, that is, the establishment process is limited. In addition, One obstacle is that the operating mechanism of social groups has not yet been improved. This paper mainly analyzes the orientation of organizational functions of social organizations under the current situation, introduces the current social organizations’ difficulties in participating in social public administration, and puts forward the development direction of social organizations participating in social public management and some related measures. With a view to laying a solid foundation for the social organizations to actively participate in the practice of social management innovation so as to provide a key inspiration and reference for the public management process in our country.
