铋剂作为一种新型胃粘膜保护剂,对胃十二指肠溃疡及慢性胃炎有较好的疗效,已被国内外消化道专家作为首选药物之一。必诺为第二代铋剂,在剂型、药品质量方面均有突破。我们自1991年6月～9月对该药的临床疗效作了观察,报告如下。(一)对象和方法具有消化性溃疡或胃炎症状、经胃镜和病理诊断的良性活动期胃、十二指肠溃疡患者121例,按悉尼标准诊断各型慢性胃炎198例,合计319例。其中男245例,女74例;平均年龄43岁。在近期内均未服胃病药或其它药物治疗无效。溃疡面直径2mm以下,
