解放军西安政治学院田建明:由于受传统观念束缚,长期以来思想政治工作重投入轻产出、重过程轻效果的现象十分突出,表现在工作没少抓,精力没少费,但真正解决问题、发挥作用的东西却没有多少,这也严重损害了思想政治工作者的形象和威信。改变这种状况,需要我们转换思维方式,树立“市场”意识。首先是依据社会主义市场经济特点,在思想政治工作中大胆运用物质激励原则,维护个人物质利益,维护分配公平,尤其是要使讲奉献的人不吃亏。其次是把思想政治工作内容看作是一种“产品”,根据人们的需求生产适销对路的产品,不断提高产品质量,并利用各种载体把产品“推销”出去,让工作
