自1992年5月至1992年10月,我们用洛赛克(Losec)治疗活动性溃疡23例,其中十二指肠溃疡13例,胃溃疡10例,现就近期临床观察进行总结。1材料与方法1.1病例选择:7天内经本院内镜检查证实为活动性胃、十二指肠溃疡者。年龄25～69岁,溃疡直径3～50mm,以上病例不包括霜斑样溃疡患者,均未经过手术治疗。1.2给药与观察方法:每日清晨空腹服洛赛克20mg,治疗期间不用其他抗溃疡及抗酸药物,疗程均定为4周。所有服药病例疗程结束
From May 1992 to October 1992, we treated 23 cases of active ulcer with Losec, including 13 cases of duodenal ulcer and 10 cases of gastric ulcer. We summarized the recent clinical observations. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection: 7 days by the hospital endoscopy confirmed as active stomach, duodenal ulcer. Aged 25 to 69 years old, ulcer diameter 3 ~ 50mm, the above cases do not include patients with frost-like ulcers, were not surgically treated. 1.2 administration and observation methods: fasting daily oral administration of Losec 20mg, no other anti-ulcer and antacid drugs during treatment, treatment were scheduled for 4 weeks. All medication cases end of treatment
