去甲腎上腺素(NA)、腎上腺素(A)等对心脏的药理作用数十年前已被发現,此后又发现在許多动物心肌本身即含有儿茶酚胺(CA)类物貭。更由于近年来NA及A等微量測定方法的发展,解决了心肌中CA含量的問題。同时又有CA释放药、CA释放阻断药、交感胺代謝酶的抑制药及NA的前体等药的发現,以及带有神經离体标本的运用等,均为此創造条件,更促进CA与心脏关系的研究,进一步闡明心肌中含有的CA在药理、生理及病理方面的意义。本文仅就心肌CA以下的几个方面,复习文献,加以綜述。
The pharmacological effects of norepinephrine (NA), epinephrine (A) and others on the heart have been discovered decades ago and have since been found in many animal myocardium itself to include catecholamines (CA). More due to the recent development of NA and A micro-determination method to solve the problem of myocardial CA content. At the same time there are CA release medicine, CA release blockers, inhibitors of the sympathetic amine metabolic enzymes and precursor of NA such as the discovery of drugs, and with the use of nerve specimens in vitro, are creating conditions for this, but also to promote CA and heart research, to further clarify the myocardial CA contained in the pharmacological, physiological and pathological significance. This article only on the following aspects of myocardial CA, review the literature, to be reviewed.
