一、出人意料的观察结果 1975年11月中旬,我们在观察京郊地区冬小麦农大139的植株时,偶然发现有些地块的麦株茎生长锥已经伸长,发育成穗原始体。这是一个出人意料的观察结果,因为农大139属于冬性品种,秋播第二年抽穗,茎生长锥伸长一般在第二年的3月中旬,冬前是不分化的。为了弄清观察结果的真伪,我们先后于11月下旬和12月上旬分别在二个生产大队的百多块麦田里取样,观察不同播种期的麦株5—10株。结果证实,凡是适时早播的壮苗,越冬前均发生了不同程度的穗分化(图1)。
First, the unexpected results In mid-November 1975, we observed the Beijing suburbs of winter wheat Nongda 139 plants, occasionally found some plots of wheat stem growth cone has grown into a spike primitive. This is an unexpected observation because Nongda 139 is a winter-type cultivar that is heading for the second year of autumn planting. Elongation of the stem-growing cone is generally mid-March of the second year and undifferentiated prior to the winter. In order to clarify the authenticity of the observations, we sampled over 100 pieces of wheat fields of two production units in late November and early December respectively to observe 5-10 lines of wheat plants at different sowing dates. The results confirmed that all the timely sowing of seedlings, before winter have occurred in different degrees of spike differentiation (Figure 1).
