劳动社会学从创立以来,经历了20世纪50~80年代的黄金时期后无论在研究还是在教学上,作为一个社会学分支学科在西方都趋向式微。如何看待以往研究中存在的问题,并在全球化的背景下发展劳动社会学,是近年来欧美国家劳动学者研究的中心议题。本文基于对西方有关文献的回顾,描述了劳动社会学的发展、问题以及可能的选择。这对正在兴起的中国劳动问题研究有着重要的借鉴意义。
Since its founding, Labor Sociology experienced a trend of decline in the West both in research and teaching as a branch of sociology after its golden period from the 1950s to the 1980s. How to view the existing problems in the past research and to develop labor sociology in the context of globalization is the central issue of the study of labor scholars in Europe and the United States in recent years. Based on a review of relevant Western literature, this article describes the development of labor sociology, its problems and possible choices. This is an important reference to the research on the labor issue in China.
