今年8月10日,一个属于新中国少年儿童的展览会——全国少年儿童科学技术和工艺作品展览会,在北京苏联展览馆开幕了。这在中国,还是第一次。展览会里丰富多样的展览品,显示了少年儿童的聪颖的智慧、勇敢的想像和大胆的创造精神,也显示了他们对祖国、对科学、对劳动的热爱。从这里,我们看到了我们未来的科学的光辉。从这里,我们也看到了党和国家对少年儿童成长的重视和关怀。只有生活在毛泽东时代的中国少年儿童,才能这样健康地成长,才能使自己的智慧、兴趣和才能得到充分的和多方面的发挥。展览会分自然地理、物理、生物、工艺作品四个部分,作品约一千件,都是全国各地十几个民族的少年儿童亲手的制作。在自然地理部分,有显示祖国伟大社会主义建设的
On August 10th this year, an exhibition for young children and teenagers in China, the National Children’s Science and Technology Exhibition, was opened at the Soviet Exhibition Center in Beijing. This is the first time in China. The rich and varied exhibits at the exhibition show the children’s intelligent wisdom, brave imagination and bold creative spirit. They also show their love of the motherland, science, and labor. From here, we see the glory of our future science. From here, we have also seen the importance and care that the party and the country attach to the development of children and adolescents. Only Chinese children and children living in the Mao era can grow in such a healthy manner, and can make full use of their wisdom, interests and talents. The exhibition consists of four parts: physical geography, physics, biology, and art work. There are about 1,000 pieces of works, which are hand-crafted by children and adolescents from more than a dozen nationalities across the country. In the part of natural geography, it shows the great socialist construction of the motherland.
