采用脉冲激光进行诱导焊接SiCw/6061A1铝基复合材料,研究了激光功率、脉冲频率、表面处理状态等工艺参数对接头强度的影响。结果表明:激光功率是影响焊缝质量的主要因素,通过控制激光束输出功率可以有效抑制熔池中SiC晶须与基体铝合金的界面反应,成功地实现SiCw/6061A1铝基复合材料的连接。
Pulsed laser was used to induce SiCw / 6061A1 aluminum matrix composites. The effects of laser power, pulse frequency and surface treatment on joint strength were studied. The results show that the laser power is the main factor affecting the weld quality. By controlling the laser beam output power, the interfacial reaction between SiC whisker and the matrix aluminum alloy can be effectively suppressed, and the SiCw / 6061A1 aluminum matrix composite is successfully connected.
