如何设计加工时——形变前的工序工艺尺寸公差,使其在一定的工艺条件下,经形变后仍然保证达到图纸设计要求,这是制订工艺时必须认真考虑的问题。长期以来,解决这一问题的方法普遍采用“经验估计法”,质量很不稳定;也有用计算法的,但均将有关影响因素作为“相互独立的随机变量”,其计算结果与实际有较大的差距。本文试图以“相关随机变量”理论为指导来推导形变前工序尺寸公差的计算公式,以从理论上进行探讨。
