目的:研究分离自紫玉盘中的内生真菌节菱孢属真菌Arthrinium sp.A092的次级代谢产物。方法:运用硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱、凝胶柱、HPLC和薄层制备等色谱技术及重结晶对菌株Arthrinium sp.A092的发酵液提取物进行分离纯化,并通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从发酵液提取物中分离鉴定出10个化合物,分别为:flemingipanic acid(1)、(-)-gynuraone(2)、对甲氧基苯乙醇(3)、2-己基-3-甲基顺丁烯二酸酐(4)、1-[(12E,16E)-12,16-二十碳二烯酰基]-2-[(E,E)-7,10-十八碳二烯酰基]-3-硬脂酰基甘油(5)、mycoediketopiperazine(6)、libertellenone C(7)、4-羟甲基-4,6-辛二烯-2,3-二醇(8)、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(9)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(10)。结论:其中,化合物1、3~5、8~10为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the secondary metabolites isolated from Arthrinium sp. A092, an endophyte fungus belonging to the genus Spirulina in purple-violet disk. Methods: The fermentation broth extract of Arthrinium sp. A092 was isolated and purified by silica gel column, reverse phase silica gel column, gel column, HPLC, TLC and recrystallization. The structure was identified by spectral analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the fermentation broth extracts: flemingipanic acid (1), (-) - gynuraone (2), p-methoxyphenethyl alcohol (4), 1 - [(12E, 16E) -12,16- icosadienyl] -2 - [(E, E) -7,10-octadecadienoyl ] -3-stearoylglycerol (5), mycoediketopiperazine (6), libertellenone C (7), 4-hydroxymethyl-4,6-octadiene-2,3- Dimethyl formate (9), di (2-ethyl) hexyl phthalate (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3 ~ 5 and 8 ~ 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
