某住宅小区六号楼新建工程,是一座三单元六层楼砖混结构房屋,总建筑面积为3000m~2。楼面板全部采用标准设计(辽G 101、KB1、33 3)预制钢筋混凝土空心板,于1981年5月动工,主体工程当年施工完毕。但后来发现,该楼三层以上各层楼面板配筋不够长,搁置在墙体上楼板端部没有搭接钢筋。经现场检查有80%不合格。其中有的钢筋不符合设计
