重庆市万州区龙宝组团是三峡工程移民安置区,由于历史原因,城市面貌较差,产业空心化情况严重,移民搬迁前后生活水平落差较大,社会矛盾显现。本文通过对龙宝组团旧城更新研究,分析借鉴国内外旧城更新经验,明确旧城更新路径,提出旧城更新方案,从而破解龙宝组团发展难题,使龙宝组团恢复生机与活力。
The Longbao Group of Wanzhou District in Chongqing Municipality is a resettlement area for the Three Gorges Project. Due to historical reasons, the city is in a poor condition with a serious hollowing-out of industries. There is a big gap between the living standards before and after relocation and social contradictions appear. In this paper, through the research on the renewal of the old city of Longbao Group, we analyze the experience of renovation of old city at home and abroad, clarify the update path of the old city and put forward the renewal plan of the old city so as to solve the problem of the development of Longbao Group and restore the vitality and vitality of Longbao Group.
