大庆市污水排放量大，污水有效处理率低，城市地表水体普遍污染；用水效率低、浪费用水现象严重。节水措施；商品水尽快进入市场；制定科学的城市节水规则；不断开发节水的项技术新途径等。
Daqing City, large sewage discharge, sewage treatment efficiency is low, urban surface water pollution; low water efficiency, waste of water is serious. Water-saving measures; Commodity water to enter the market as soon as possible; formulate scientific rules for urban water-saving; and constantly develop new water-saving technologies.
