随着我国园林绿化建设的不断发展,越来越多的园林工程被建设起来,园林成本是园林建设的重要环节。园林绿化施工过程成本控制就是要通过计划、组织、控制和协调等措施实现预定的成本目标,随着国内建设工程的增多以及经济的迅速发展,生态化进程愈来愈受到重视,园林绿化工程的投资比重也逐渐加大。本文主要阐述了园林绿化施工过程中成本控制的意义,并分析施工过程成本控制的方法。
