采用纳米蒙脱土浸渍改性普通杨木板材,提高板材的密度、力学性能以及尺寸稳定性。试验结果表明,改性处理后板材的密度、尺寸稳定性和各项力学性能都得到了显著提高,最佳改性工艺条件为:预压缩率为30%、预压温度为70℃、浸渍液浓度为4%、浸渍时间为120 min。蒙脱土不仅均匀分布于杨木内部,还与木材组分发生交联反应。与杨木素材比,处理材的刚度增加了10.92%,热稳定性能也得到显著提高。纳米蒙脱土改性处理杨木板材为地板行业提供了良好的新型材料,扩大速生低质杨木材料的使用范围。
The use of nano-montmorillonite modified ordinary poplar sheet, improve the sheet density, mechanical properties and dimensional stability. The experimental results show that the density, dimensional stability and mechanical properties of the modified sheet have been significantly improved. The optimum modification conditions are: pre-compression rate of 30%, pre-press temperature of 70 ℃, impregnation solution Concentration of 4%, immersion time of 120 min. Montmorillonite is not only evenly distributed in the poplar wood, but also cross-linked with the wood components. Compared with poplar material, the stiffness of the treated material increased by 10.92%, thermal stability has also been significantly improved. Nano-montmorillonite modified poplar wood flooring provides a good new material for the flooring industry and expands the use of low-poplar wood for fast-growing and low-quality poplar wood.
