目的:总结重症急性胰腺炎不同病程的护理要点.方法:回顾性分析19例急性重症胰腺炎合的临床资料、护理经过,总结在急性期、恢复期及围出院期的护理经验.结果:本组治愈15例,好转3例,转院1例,住院时间14-56天,平均住院时间29.4天;急性期有1例休克,5例ARDS,7例胸腔积液、肺不张,2例急性肾衰竭,经治疗和护理后均恢复.恢复期有4例并发胰腺周围包裹性坏死并感染,行包裹性坏死引流穿刺术,好转3例,转院1例,无死亡.结论:重症急性胰腺炎患者的病情发展迅速,并发症多,根据治疗的不同阶段,对其进行针对性的护理,对控制病情发展,改善预后有重要意义.
