本文分析了来自吉林省不同地区的181份大豆品种的低聚糖(棉籽糖和水苏糖)含量及其相关性。结果表明,低聚糠、棉籽糖和水苏糖含量的范围分别为2.7—6.9,0.3—1.8,2.1—5.1克/100克干种子。简单相关分析表明,低聚糖含量与棉籽糖和水苏糖含量呈极显著正相关;棉籽糖含量与水苏糖含量呈极显著正相关。这些相关关系对于大豆品质育种具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the content and correlation of oligosaccharides (raffinose and stachyose) in 181 soybean varieties from different areas of Jilin Province were analyzed. The results showed that the content of low bran, raffinose and stachyose were 2.7-6.9, 0.3-1.8 and 2.1-5.1 g / 100 g dry seeds, respectively. Simple correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between oligosaccharides content and raffinose and stachyose content. There was a significant positive correlation between raffinose content and stachyose content. These correlations have certain reference value for soybean quality breeding.
