采用磷酸二酯酶法现察了12例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)肺动脉高压患者红细胞浆钙调素(CaM)活性的变化。结果显示缺氧性肺动脉高压患者红细胞浆CaM活性较正常人增高,并有显著性差异(P<0.01)。红细胞浆CaM活性与红细胞浆游离Ca2+含量呈明显正相关,r=0.84,P<0.01。表明Ca2+-CaM系统在COPD肺动脉高压的发生发展中起一定的作用。
The changes of erythrocyte plasma calmodulin (CaM) activity in 12 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pulmonary hypertension were investigated by phosphodiesterase method. The results showed that the plasma CaM activity of erythrocyte plasma in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension was higher than that in normal people (P <0.01). The activity of CaM in erythrocyte plasma was positively correlated with the content of free Ca2 + in erythrocyte plasma, r = 0.84, P <0.01. Ca2 + -CaM system in the occurrence and development of COPD pulmonary hypertension play a role.
