正当大多数教师热火朝天学习与实践新课程的时候,学校个别教师却认为,只要应试教育不变,其教法就不应该变。一位语文教师说,素质教育喊了多年,测试语文水平不仍然是基础知识、阅读、作文三大板块吗?只要内容讲到了、时间用到了、作业练到了,不愁考不好!这无疑像给新课程的实施泼了一瓢冷水。摇头者有之,观望者有之,有评课稿、有研讨记录、每周有一名校领导讲公开课。学校要求校委会成员每人蹲点一个学科组,引导每一位教师走进新课程。要求每个教师的案头必备《走进新课程》及本学科的《课程标准》《教学案例剖析》《新课程教学法》。
