分子标记技术是近20年发展起来的一种分子生物学技术,具有准确度高、多态性高、表现共显性等特点。根据检测手段的不同,分子标记技术可分为以 DNA-DNA 杂交为基础、以 PCR 技术为基础、以 DNA 杂交和PCR 技术相结合为基础和以单核苷酸多态性为基础的4种类型分子标记技术。研究者利用各种分子标记技术已鉴定出30多个水稻抗稻瘟病基因,并进行了基因定位,其中抗稻瘟病基因 Pi-ta 和 Pi-b 已被克隆。本文简要介绍了多种分子标记技术及其在抗稻瘟病基因研究中的应用进展。
Molecular marker technology is a molecular biological technique developed in recent 20 years, with the characteristics of high accuracy, high polymorphism and co-dominant performance. According to different detection methods, molecular markers can be divided into DNA-DNA hybridization-based, PCR-based, DNA hybridization and PCR based on the combination of single nucleotide polymorphisms based on 4 Type Molecular Marker Technology. Using molecular markers, the researchers identified more than 30 rice blast resistance genes and conducted gene mapping. Among them, the blast resistance genes Pi-ta and Pi-b have been cloned. This article briefly introduced a variety of molecular marker techniques and their application in the research of blast resistance genes.
