茶自然冲泡状态下茶汤中锌浸出量的研究

一般对茶叶中锌含量的研究只限于对干茶中锌含量的研究,但茶叶作为一种饮用的食品,其食用方法并不是直接咀嚼,而是通过冲泡干茶饮用茶汤,在冲泡过程中,各种相关条件都可能会影响茶叶中锌的浸出.采用分光光度法测定了我国4种不同产地茶叶样本在模拟自然饮茶状态下的浸出液中的锌含量.
