目的:为了探讨105例发生阴道不规则出血的妇女的病因和机制,以便提高临床诊治效果。方法:通过对105例患者进行诊断性刮宫病理结果的分析、对比,得出各种常见原因与发病的关系。结果:子宫内膜单纯性增生占76%,炎症占20%,其他原因占4%。结论:临床上发现围绝经期妇女发生子宫出血病例时,应引起足够的重视,积极采取措施,明确诊断,提高老年妇女的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the etiology and mechanism of 105 cases of vaginal irregular bleeding in women in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Through the analysis of 105 cases of pathological diagnosis of curettage results, compared to draw a variety of common causes and incidence. Results: Endometrial hyperplasia accounted for 76%, inflammation accounted for 20%, other reasons accounted for 4%. Conclusion: Clinically, we found that cases of uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women should be given enough attention and measures should be adopted to make a definite diagnosis and improve the quality of life of the elderly women.
