本文研究了轻、中度高血压患者口服盐酸benazepril每日1次的降压作用。 90例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,分别进行7个中心研究。安慰剂治疗2～4周后,74例坐位舒张压12.7～15.2 kPa的患者随机、双盲口服安慰剂或本品5、10、20和40mg,每日1次,治疗4周。降压作用与安慰剂相比,首次用药组坐位舒张压下降明显,2～6小时仍有明显统计学差异。4周后,5和20mg组平均坐位舒张压<12.7kPa,40mg组则<12 kPa。治疗4周后,与安慰剂组相比,应用本品20和40mg1～20小时后平均坐位舒张压
This article studies the hypotensive effect of oral once daily benazepril hydrochloride in patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Ninety patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into seven centers. After 2 to 4 weeks of placebo treatment, 74 patients with a sitting diastolic pressure of 12.7 to 15.2 kPa were randomized, placebo or placebo for 5, 10, 20 and 40 mg twice daily for 4 weeks. Antihypertensive effect compared with placebo, the first set of seat-seat diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, 2 to 6 hours there are still significant statistical differences.
