目的:不经分离直接测定中胃康胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:用TU-1901双光束紫外可见分光光度计采集吸收度信息,并通过数据转换将信息转到褶合光谱程序中,并由该程序单组分定量分析系统计算盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率和RSD分别为100.00％,0.03％。结论:本方法结果可靠、快速准确,可有效控制本品的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To directly determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Zhongweikang capsule without separation. Methods: Absorbance information was acquired by TU-1901 dual-beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The information was transferred to the convolution spectrometry program by data conversion. The content of berberine hydrochloride was calculated by the single-component quantitative analysis system of the program. Results: The average recovery and RSD of berberine hydrochloride were 100.00% and 0.03% respectively. Conclusion: The method is reliable, fast and accurate, which can effectively control the quality of the product.
