目的:初步制定河南产区盾叶薯蓣的质量标准。方法:在对盾叶薯蓣进行性状、显微及薄层鉴别的基础上,参照2010年版《中国药典》(一部)中方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及醇浸出物含量,并利用高效液相色谱法测定薯蓣皂苷元与伪原薯蓣皂苷的含量。结果:河南产区盾叶薯蓣水分应不超过7%;总灰分不高于8%;酸不溶性灰分不得高于2%;醇溶性浸出物含量不得低于16%;盾叶薯蓣药材薯蓣皂苷元含量不得低于1%;伪原薯蓣皂苷含量不得低于0.4%。结论:方法简便、准确,建立和完善了盾叶薯蓣的质量标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Dioscorea zingiberensis in Henan area. Methods: The contents of moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol extract were determined with reference to the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (part one) on the basis of characterization, microscopic and TLC identification of Dioscorea zingiberensis. Determination of diosgenin and pseudo - diosgenin by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The water content of Dioscorea zingiberensis in Henan area should not exceed 7%; the total ash content was not higher than 8%; the acid insoluble ash content was not higher than 2%; the content of alcohol soluble extract was not less than 16%; Dioscorea zingiberensis Content of not less than 1%; pseudo-original diosgenin content of not less than 0.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, establishing and perfecting the quality standard of Dioscorea zingiberensis.
