TBP作为固定相用于金属离子的色谱分离,已有报导。本文使用SY-202型高速离子交换色谱仪,以国产TBP萃淋树脂为固定相,以盐酸及氯化钠溶液为流动相,考察了硒和碲的分离条件并在八分钟内完全分离之。用于实际样品中硒、碲的测定,亦获良好结果。实验部分所用仪器为SY-202型高速离子交换色谱仪(四川分析仪器厂),库仑检测器。工作电极:银网,参比电极:碳布,参比溶液:铁氰化钾(0.1M)-亚铁氰化钾(0.1M)-硝酸钾(0.1M)-氨水(0.4M)。洗脱液为不同浓度的盐酸和盐酸-氯化钠溶液。因洗脱液对不锈钢有腐蚀作用,且该柱压力不高,故输液泵采用WSA型微量输液泵(沙洲实验仪器厂)。
The use of TBP as a stationary phase for the chromatographic separation of metal ions has been reported. In this paper, SY-202 high-speed ion exchange chromatography, with domestic TBP extraction resin as the stationary phase, hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride solution as the mobile phase, investigated selenium and tellurium separation conditions and complete separation within eight minutes. For the actual sample of selenium, tellurium determination, also obtained good results. Experimental equipment used for the SY-202 high-speed ion exchange chromatography (Sichuan Analytical Instrument Factory), coulometric detector. Working electrode: silver mesh, reference electrode: carbon cloth, reference solution: potassium ferricyanide (0.1M) - potassium ferrocyanide (0.1M) - potassium nitrate (0.1M) - ammonia water (0.4M). The eluent was different concentrations of hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric acid - sodium chloride solution. Due to elution of stainless steel has a corrosive effect, and the column pressure is not high, so the infusion pump WSA-type trace infusion pump (Sand Island Experimental Instrument Factory).
