以“蓝心忍冬”无菌茎芽为试材,研究了不同浓度细胞分裂素6-BA、不同浓度生长素NAA和IBA对不定芽诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明:不同浓度6-BA、不同浓度NAA和IBA对不定芽的诱导率和增殖系数有显著的影响;不同浓度6-BA显著提高不定芽的诱导率和增殖系数,NAA对不定芽的诱导率和增殖系数优于IBA;综合分析表明,以WPM为基本培养基,当6-BA浓度为0.8mg/L、NAA浓度为0.15mg/L时,“蓝心忍冬”不定芽诱导率可以达到90.0%,增殖系数可以达到1.58,且不定芽生长健壮。
The effects of different concentrations of cytokinin 6-BA, different concentrations of auxin NAA and IBA on the induction and proliferation of adventitious buds were studied with sterile stem buds of “Blue Heart honeysuckle” as test material.
