本文研究了溶质在旋转窗片上的直接喷雾沉积法。经试验,当溶液流速为2ml/min和喷雾压力为3kg/cm~2时,窗片上沉积斑点的直径可缩小至2mm。溶液在喷雾时完全挥发而被除去。喷雾沉积法与付立叶变换红外光谱联用的应用表明了,这是一种效果很好的红外微量样品点沉积处理方法。
In this paper, we studied the direct spray deposition of solutes on rotating window. After testing, when the solution flow rate of 2ml / min and the spray pressure of 3kg / cm ~ 2, the spot diameter of the deposition on the window can be reduced to 2mm. The solution is completely volatilized and removed during spraying. The application of spray deposition combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy shows that this is a very effective method for the deposition of infrared micro-sample points.
