在 C620-1B 车床中,对合螺母与其安装滑座大都为一体的(故称整体对合螺母)。经过一定时间的使用,当对合螺母的螺纹部份磨损时,需要更换或修复,以保证其长丝杆副的传动精度。但只因螺纹部份磨损,滑座部份却完好,而被迫换掉整体对合螺母,显然是不经济的,而且重新制造这一零件也比较困难。为此,我们设计了附图所示的夹具,用来在镗床上镗去磨损螺纹部份,加工出一个直径为φ52D,长度为95的孔。另外再加工出一个单独的对合螺母,安装在滑座体上,即和一般 C620车床中对合螺母和安装滑座分开的形式相同。这样,既改进了这一零件的
