1995月8八8日,崇明水利学会根据市水利工作会议精神,结合崇明水利建设实际,召开了“崇明滩涂开发利用研讨会”。以科技为先导,探讨开发利用滩涂资源的新途径。这次研讨会,得到了县委、县人大的重视。县委、县人大领导参加了会议,并讲了话。。县科委、县科协、县财政局、县民政局、县农委有关方面的领导及县蔬菜学会、县畜牧兽医学会科技人员共30余人参加了研讨会。与会科技人员,对开发利用崇明滩涂资源的意义、设想、规划、政策、措施等提出了科学的见解。研讨会认为,随着上海社会经济的发展,滩涂资源越显其价值。应当通过资源搞崇明整
On March 8, 1995, in accordance with the spirit of the Municipal Water Conservancy Work Conference and in light of the actual construction of Chongming Water Conservancy, Chongming Water Conservancy Society held the “Seminar on the Exploitation and Utilization of Chongming Beach”. Taking science and technology as the forerunner, this paper explores new ways to exploit and utilize the resources of beach. This seminar, has been the county party committee and county people’s attention. County Party Committee, County People’s Congress leaders attended the meeting and spoke. . County Science and Technology Commission, County Association for Science and Technology, County Department of Finance, County Civil Affairs Bureau, County Committee of Agriculture leaders and County Vegetable Association, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Institute of Science and Technology personnel a total of more than 30 people attended the seminar. Scientific and technological personnel at the conference put forward scientific opinions on the significance, ideas, plans, policies and measures for the development and utilization of Chongming beach resources.
