Water is an important source of human survival. Because of the water, everything on earth can be thriving and multiply. Now with the rapid population growth and rapid economic development, the human demand for water is growing. However, water resources are declining for various reasons. Experts believe that the crisis of water resources will become the most serious resource issue facing mankind in the 21st century. The world’s freshwater resources are extremely limited. The Earth we recuperate is a 70% blue planet covered by water. However, 96.5% of the planets are bitter seawater, and fresh water only accounts for 2.5%. The vast majority of these freshwater are again hard-to-reach polar ice sheets, glaciers and ice in the everglades. What humans can really use is rivers and lakes and part of the groundwater, which accounts for only 0.34% of the world’s freshwater reserves. That is, of the total freshwater reserves of about 3.5 billion cubic meters in the world, only 105 trillion cubic meters of surface water and groundwater are available for human production and daily life. It is this very poor freshwater resources, but also due to the rapid increase in the world population, human over-exploitation and big wave
