目的 :观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注后VCAM 1的表达和白细胞及血管内皮细胞间粘附性变化。方法 :免疫组化方法检测VCAM 1表达 ,超高速摄录像系统观察微血管内白细胞与内皮细胞间的粘附性变化。结果 :缺血再灌注后VCAM 1表达以及微动脉内白细胞与内皮细胞间粘附性均明显增高 ,抗VCAM 1单克隆抗体可减轻白细胞粘附和脑组织损伤。结论 :脑缺血再灌注后VCAM 1表达增高 ,使白细胞与血管内皮细胞间的粘附增强 ;抗VCAM 1单克隆抗体可起到一定的缺血性脑保护作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of VCAM-1 and the adhesion between leukocytes and vascular endothelial cells after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: The expression of VCAM - 1 was detected by immunohistochemistry and the adhesion between endothelial leukocytes and endothelial cells was observed by ultra - high speed video camera system. Results: The expression of VCAM - 1 and the adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells in arterioles were significantly increased after ischemia - reperfusion, and anti - VCAM 1 monoclonal antibody could reduce leukocyte adhesion and brain injury. CONCLUSION: The increased expression of VCAM-1 after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion increases the adhesion between leukocytes and vascular endothelial cells. Anti-VCAM 1 monoclonal antibody may play a role in ischemic brain protection
