根据省市科协通知要求及我会六届二次常务理事会通过的今年学会活动计划,学会定于今年10月份召开2004年学术年会。本次开会是邮电体制重组后第一次综合性、多层次的学术活动,望广大会员积极撰稿,总结近年来在科研、教育、建设、维护、管理等方面的实践经验体会,为“信息通信技术:引领可持续发展的途径”出谋划策,为我省通信技术的进步、推动经济的可持续发展贡献
