目的:观察复方紫黄乳膏对大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合作用。方法:利用混合燃料法制备大鼠背部皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,将大鼠随机分为模型组、紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组,每组12只。紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组的大鼠每天1次分别涂以复方紫黄乳膏(0.3 g/g,0.15 g/g)和美宝湿润烧伤膏,连续给药28 d,采用Nagelschmidt法计算创面愈合率,ELISA检测烧伤后大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和白介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平,并于烧伤后的14 d和28 d对大鼠创面皮肤作病理学检查。结果:与模型组相比,7 d、14 d、28 d紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组的创面愈合率明显升高;与模型组和美宝组相比,紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组的平均愈合时间明显缩短;紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组大鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平恢复较模型组快,EGF含量也较模型组高。结论:复方紫黄乳膏对大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤有显著的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the healing effect of compound purple and yellow cream on deep second degree burn of rat skin. Methods: The model of deep second-degree skin burn in the back of rats was prepared by the mixed fuel method. The rats were randomly divided into model group, high and low dose of purple yellow cream group and MEBO group, 12 rats in each group. The rats in high, low dose group and MEBO group were treated with compound purple yellow cream (0.3 g / g, 0.15 g / g) and MEBO moisturizing burn cream once a day for 28 days. The wound healing rate was calculated by Nagelschmidt method. The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were detected by ELISA after burn. And 28 days pathological examination of the wound surface of rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the wound healing rates of high, low and high dose group of purple yellow cream on 7 d, 14 d, 28 d were significantly increased. Compared with model group and MEBO, , And the average healing time of the low-dose group was significantly shortened. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of the high, low, and high dose groups of purple yellow cream recovered faster than the model group, and the EGF content was also higher than that of the model group. Conclusion: Compound purple yellow cream has a significant therapeutic effect on deep second degree skin burns in rats.
