Entrepreneurs are more “poor”. This “poverty” is not narrowly limited to funding but covers various hardware conditions such as financing ability, opening ability and venue. The lack of space in Shanghai is a flawed start-up for businesses. Thirty percent of entrepreneurs said that venues are the biggest difficulty they face. It is the three major bottlenecks of running their own businesses side by side with the lack of entrepreneurial capital and lack of management capabilities. Since the beginning of 2005, Shanghai has fully promoted the construction of the park. Over the past year, 39 parks have been opened and 1,422 labor organizations have been absorbed. In addition, there are 16 parks under construction and preparations for construction. At the beginning of 2006, with the recommendation of the Shanghai Opening Guidance Center, the reporter visited the opening service center of Pudong New Area to search for the opening of its “gray collar” opening park.
