一名优秀的数学教师,不仅能够很好的掌控整个课堂教学,更为重要的是他们在课堂教学中,能够充分的发掘教材孕伏的智力因素,审时度势,把握时机,因势利导地为学生创造良好的教学情境,激发学生的兴趣,点燃学生的学习热情,真正做到寓教于乐,让学生在学习数学中愉快地探索,尽情地思考,自由地翱翔,只有这样学生才会对数学知识充满好奇心,对数学学习才有足够的自信心,学习态度也能得以很好的转变。
A good mathematics teacher can not only control the entire classroom teaching well, but more importantly, they can fully explore the intellectual factors of the pregnancy in the classroom teaching, review the situation, grasp the opportunities, and create good conditions for the students. The teaching situation stimulates students’ interest, ignites the students’ enthusiasm for learning, and is truly educational and entertaining. Students can explore happily in mathematics, think freely, and soar freely. Only in this way will students be filled with mathematical knowledge.
