我院自1980年1月～1984年7月,共收治结肠癌患者50例。男26例,女24例,年龄最小26岁,最大80岁;肿瘤的分布:盲肠22例,占44％。升结肠癌5例,占10％。肝曲结肠癌4例,占8％。右半结肠癌共31例,占62％。脾曲结肠癌2例,占4％。乙状结肠癌17例,占34％。左半结肠癌共19例,占38％。本组癌瘤分布与文献有所不同,有待今后积累资料,进一步证实。
In our hospital from January 1980 to July 1984, 50 patients with colon cancer were treated. There were 26 males and 24 females, the youngest being 26 years old and the oldest being 80 years old; the distribution of tumors: 22 cases of cecum, accounting for 44%. Ascending colon cancer in 5 cases, accounting for 10%. Liver colon cancer in 4 cases, accounting for 8%. There were 31 cases of right colon cancer, accounting for 62%. Spleen colon cancer in 2 cases, accounting for 4%. Sigmoid colon cancer in 17 cases, accounting for 34%. A total of 19 cases of left colon cancer, accounting for 38%. The distribution of cancer in this group is different from that in the literature. It needs to be accumulated in the future and further confirmed.
