绥化市档案局为了加速立卷改革步伐,于1月16日至18日召开了市直贯彻《归档文件整理规则》会议,全面启动了市直立档单位贯彻《规则》工作。首先,对文档人员进行系统培训。会上负责业务指导的同志对《归档文件整理规则》进行了系统辅导,使大家明确了贯彻《规则》的意义及归档文件整理的具体要求。印发辅导材料150份,培训率达到100%,为《规则》的全面推行做了最基本的准备。
