用威蒙（VM26）结合阿糖胞甘（Ara－C）、环磷酰胺等药治疗了14例难治复发性急性白血病，完全缓解（CR）7例，部分缓解3例，无效3例，1例未能观察疗效。CR率50．0％，总有效率71．4％。14例化疗后均有血象、骨髓象受抑制，5例化疗后发生严重感染。均无心、肺、肝、肾等严重并发症和过敏反应。CR的7例中2例失访，5例仍CR中，CR期2～12个月。结果显示VM26合用Ara－C等药对治疗难治复发性急性白血病有较好疗效，对AML效果更好。
A total of 14 patients with refractory and relapsed acute leukemia were treated with VM 26 combined with Ara-C and cyclophosphamide. Complete remission (CR) was found in 7 patients, partial remission in 3 patients, and ineffective in 3 patients. One case failed to observe the efficacy. The CR rate is 50.0% and the total efficiency is 71.4%. All the 14 patients had blood and bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, and 5 patients had serious infection after chemotherapy. No heart, lung, liver, kidney and other serious complications and allergic reactions. Of the 7 CR patients, 2 were lost to follow-up, 5 were still CR, and CR period was 2 to 12 months. The results showed that VM26 combined with Ara-C and other drugs have good curative effect on refractory and relapsed acute leukemia, and have better effect on AML.
