比较对照组与食饵性高血脂组兔胸主动脉的血管反应性。1.高血脂兔对去甲肾上腺素的缩血管反应无明显影响,但可增强血清素的血管收缩反应。2.高血脂兔对乙酰胆碱和ATP的舒张血管反应明显减弱,但对硝普钠的松弛作用无明显影响。3.动脉粥样硬化使乙酰胆碱引起胸主动脉释放的内皮依赖性舒张因子明显减少。4.高血脂兔经6周标准饲料喂养,血清胆固醇可恢复至正常水平,但主动脉的粥样硬化斑块未见改善。乙酰胆碱和ATP引起的血管舒张反应与高血脂组无显著性差异。结果表明,血管反应性的变化主要是主动脉内皮损伤,而高血脂可能不是其直接因素。
The vasoreactivity of the thoracic aorta was compared between the control group and the euglycemic hyperlipidemic group. 1. Hyperlipidemic rabbits have no obvious effect on vasorelaxation of norepinephrine, but can enhance the vasoconstrictive response of serotonin. Hyperlipidemic rabbits on acetylcholine and ATP relaxation vasodilation was significantly reduced, but no significant effect on the relaxation of sodium nitroprusside. 3. Atherosclerosis causes acetylcholine-induced thoracic aortic release of endothelium-dependent relaxation factor was significantly reduced. Hyperlipidemic rabbits fed with standard diet for 6 weeks, serum cholesterol can be restored to normal levels, but no aortic atherosclerotic plaque improved. There was no significant difference in the vasodilatory responses induced by acetylcholine and ATP compared with hyperlipidemia group. The results show that changes in vascular reactivity is mainly aortic endothelial injury, and hyperlipidemia may not be the direct factor.
