马铃薯新品种‘晋薯23号’是山西省农业科学院高寒区作物研究所2005年用‘03-26-5’作母本,‘04-1-20’作父本配制杂交组合,通过有性杂交,经过各代鉴定筛选而育成。2014年通过了山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号:晋审薯2014001。薯块干物质含量23.50%,淀粉含量14.40%,还原糖含量0.15%,维生素C含量12.70 mg/100g鲜薯,粗蛋白含量2.26%。该品种适合在山西省一季作区种植。
