一、问题的提出我校是一所新建的九年一贯制学校,创建六年多来,学校规模日益增大,迄今已达一千八百多名学生,管理难度逐渐增大,尤其是学生的行为规范管理,主题活动的开展,队员自主行为的培养等方面呈现出诸如管理不到位,活动内容不符合学生的年龄特点,学生对活动不感兴趣等问题。基于此,我们开始思考:如何才能增强队员自我管理的能力,让校园生活更加和谐?如何才能更充分发挥九年一贯制学校的
